1. What HotelDekha is

HotelDekha helps you discover and compare hotels with video tours, guest ratings, nearby places and live prices. We are not a hotel and not a travel agent: we don't sell rooms, take payments or make bookings. When you choose to book, you are taken to our booking partner's website.

2. Bookings

Every booking is a contract between you, our booking partner and the hotel, under the partner's terms, payment, cancellation and refund policies. Please read them before you pay. Questions about a booking, payment, changes or refunds go to the booking partner or the hotel; we can't change or cancel bookings. We may earn a commission on bookings made through our links, at no extra cost to you.

3. Prices and information

• Prices and availability come from our partners and can change at any time. The price on the partner's page when you book is the one that applies, including taxes and fees.
• Hotel details, star classes, ratings, distances, photos, eating places and costs come from partners, public data and our own checks. We work to keep them accurate but can't guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free. Please confirm what matters to you (for example accessibility, parking or cancellation terms) with the hotel or on the booking page.
• AI Search and other suggestions are generated automatically from our data. They are a starting point, not professional advice, and may sometimes misunderstand a request.

4. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review or other content, it must be your own honest experience, lawful, and free of personal details of others, abuse, advertising or links. You keep ownership of it and give HotelDekha a free, worldwide licence to show, edit for length or format, and use it on the site and our channels. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.

5. Using the site fairly

Please don't:

• copy, scrape or bulk-download content or data from the site, or use bots to access it;
• try to break, overload or get around the site's security or limits;
• use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful, or pretend to be someone else.

6. Ownership

Our videos, text, design, logo and the HotelDekha name belong to us. Content from partners, hotels and other sources (such as photos, descriptions, reviews and map data) belongs to its owners and is shown with their permission or under their licences. You may share links to our pages and videos, but not reuse our content commercially without written permission.

7. Other websites

Our pages link to partner and other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, services or privacy practices; their own terms apply.

8. Liability

HotelDekha is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from bookings, stays or services provided by partners or hotels, from changes in prices or availability, or from relying on information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
